Webmasters provides:

• Creative and promotional digital services

• Any additional service mutually agreed upon

Service scope, timelines, and pricing are defined before project initiation.

Working Hours

Our official working hours are:

• Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Sunday: Closed

• Public Holidays: Closed

Support or communication outside working hours is not guaranteed.

Payments

• All services are provided on a prepaid basis unless agreed otherwise in writing

• Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy

• Prices once agreed cannot be renegotiated after work has started

Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate content, approvals, and access on time

• Respond within the agreed timelines

• Ensure compliance with platform policies (Meta, Google, etc.)

Project Delays & Cancellation

If a project is delayed due to:

• Late content submission

• Non-responsiveness

• Delayed approvals

• Failure to provide required access

beyond the agreed time period, Webmasters is not responsible.

In such cases:

• The project may be cancelled without refund

• Previously delivered work remains our intellectual property unless fully paid

Advertising Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee results, leads, sales, or revenue

• Ad performance depends on market conditions, audience behavior, budget, and platform algorithms

• Platform bans, ad disapprovals, or account issues are not our responsibility

Intellectual Property

• All designs, code, creatives, and materials remain the property of Webmasters until full payment is received

• Unauthorized copying, resale, or reuse is prohibited

Limitation of Liability

Webmasters is not liable for:

• Business losses

• Revenue loss

• Data loss

• Platform policy changes

• Third-party service failures

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
